Enjoyed this book a lot, really glad I walked down the author area at Comic Con. Big thanks to Amber, the author, for telling me about it!!, you were so friendly, and I finally read it! I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys fantasy and gaming, esp world building, and adventure stories. I liked all the fighting moments, and the way things were described made it easy to picture everything. It was cool learning how they hunt, how they eat, and how they survive off the land. It even felt a bit like an RPG game at times, which I really liked. The Daywalker was my favourite! and Nixara! the other characters were great too, and the ending has got me so pumped for book two. There were plenty of funny moments as well, with lots of action, mystery, and detail that made everything feel real. I also loved having the map to follow along with while reading. Thank you! hopefully you're at the next Comic Con so I can come meet you again! James.
