The pyramid base is the solid starting point where perfect technique, muscle activation (e.g Pelvic floor) , mobility and stability are formed. Having a solid base is vital to prevent injuries and it provides a platform for the body to progress through the program. Gradually the sessions become more challenging as we move into the higher levels of the pyramid. Pure Amber develops programs to specifically target each individual. This avoids the type of generic programming that assumes everyone can do the same exercises without modification.
